Financial clarity call
Thirty minutes. A straight answer.
Bring your books and your questions. You will leave knowing what is actually wrong, what it would take to fix, and whether we are the right firm to do it.
Choose a time
Times show in your local time zone. You will get a confirmation with a video link.
What we actually cover
No agenda slide. We start with where you are, and most of the call goes to whatever is costing you the most right now.
Where you are now
Your books, your systems, the reporting you get today, and the parts of it you do not trust.
What is actually broken
Reconciliation gaps, disconnected platforms, a close that runs long, revenue landing in the wrong period. We have seen most of it before.
What it would take to fix
A rough sequence and a rough cost. Not a proposal, but enough for you to plan around.
The questions you came with
Profitability, cash flow, lender or investor readiness, or whether you should be hiring in-house instead.
Whether we are the right fit
Sometimes the answer is no. If a bookkeeper or a full-time controller serves you better, we will tell you that on the call.
How to prepare
Nothing formal. If you have last month's P and L and balance sheet handy, bring them. If you do not, or if you are not confident they are right, that is useful information too. We will work from whatever you have.
What this is not
There is no deck and no demo. Nobody will follow up five times. If we are not the right firm for you, we will say so on the call and point you toward someone who is.
